How to prepare for training correctly?
A successful action is a prepared action. To do this:

We meet the managers (directors, managers, training manager) to define the strategic needs for the organization, of the targeted teams/units/services, for the staff. |

If possible, we visit the company: knowledge of the activity, the work environment, the participants. |

A preliminary diagnostic with the participants (ex: for team building, the inter-service synergy…) |

A preliminary evaluation of the objectives of the participants with an estimation of their strong areas and also areas to improve. |
How to integrate the benefits of training?
We define at the end of each training cycle, action and personal improvement plans, there is also our feedback system between participants. |
A training rapport is sent to the customer. |
If needed we meet the managers to evaluate the business transposition of the training contents and to make adjustments if required. |
What are the principle methods of training?
We work with methods adapted to the needs of the client.
For example, for the “personalized interview” training program, we use a personality questionnaire to identify personal preferences that we then exploit during multiple role-plays.
Other examples: for the “team building” program, we alternate indoor and outdoor teaching approaches using sports and nature analogies.
What are your daily fees for training?
It is difficult to reply to this question because 90% of our seminars are bespoke and use different tools. A standard does not exist but we can assure you that our fees correspond to the market place that are in conformity with the economic needs of companies, this is represented in party by our Eco-Management® product.
